"After Him!" Inspired by the classic Looney Tunes cartoon Hare-way to the Stars, this hand-painted limited edition cel features the undaunted Bugs Bunny scooting away from Marvin Martian and one of his stalwart just-ass-water "Instant Martian" goons. In this Chuck Jones short, though Bugs Bunny has gone ballistic, he finds good 'ol wisecracks and trickery - not rocket science - are needed to combat Marvin's attempt to blow up the Earth. But first, Bugs must separate Marvin from the ability to produce the explosive authority that will end our planet, namely by taking into possession the Aludium Q36 Explosive Space Modulator. Having done that, Bugs steals a flying saucer and zooms back home, where, of course, Murphy's Law is appropriate even for rabbits, as he accidentally spills a jar full of "Instant Martians" in the city sewer. So much for the Q36. The Martians seem to have other ways of dealing with Earth.
