In July, 1967, Stan Lee and illustrator John Romita, Sr. created the landmark story, "Spider-Man No More!" Amidst personal crisis and increasing public negativity, Peter Parker tossed his Spider-Man suit aside and proclaimed, "Every boy must put away his toys...and become a man!" This classic page, brilliantly brought to life by John Romita, is reproduced here.

One of the legendary Marvel artists, John Romita created over 50 covers and an almost unbroken run of story layouts or full pencil-art for 46 issues of Amazing Spider-Man. Romita Sr. is credited with reinventing Spider-Man and making the character appeal to a broader audience.

This artwork was created in a limited edition as a gicleé print with archival inks on premium paper. Each piece of the edition has been numbered and is signed by John Romita Sr.
